Values Gratitude Dinner

On November 11^th the Young Women had a Values Gratitude Dinner. Each girl invited a member from the ward that represented one of the many values we’ve been focusing on this year. The night turned out spectacular with countless smiles, laughter and fun!

Another wonderful Night!

Ghoul Hunt

In October the YM/YW had our annual Ghoul Hunt. We had such a great turn out. Everyone had a great time figuring out the clues and trying to be first back to the church. Thanks to Wendy Bird for putting the hunt together. We also had yummy cupcakes at the end to celebrate Anna Kirby's and Alyssa Oldroyds birthday.

Flour Wars '09

For September's combined YM/YW we were able to do the traditional flour wars! The youth get split into two teams consisting of the green and pink. You can tell which team they are a part of by their hair color.

For the previous presidency we gave them a picture along with a "thank you" card. We were sad we couldn't get everyone in the picture. We have such beautiful Young Women in this ward.

Combined YW 09/02

Since it's a new Presidencency we decided to get the girls excited by doing a song and dance routine to "We're all in this Together" from High School Musical. We had fun doing it and I hope the girls apprecriated the embrassment that went into it.

For the combined activity we were able to have a swimming party. We had a great turn out and everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks to the Manwaring's and Duncan's for letting us use their backyard and fun toys.
